1. General

 

• Bookings are for personal use of Windhover Walks dog field for supervised exercise.

• You must be over 18 to book.

• Each booking permits one vehicle entry, including all dogs and people arriving in that vehicle. Additional vehicles require separate bookings

• Your booking is confirmed via email. If we are unable to accept it, we'll inform you and refund any payments.

• Bookings are not transferable or sublet.

• Sessions are for the stated times in the booking section and start either on the hour or 30 minutes past the hour. You must leave promptly.

• Full access details are provided in the How It Works section of the Windhover Walkies website.

 

2. Use of the Field

 

• The Field is for dog exercise only. Equipment is for canine use only.

• You are responsible for your dog(s) and any guests.

• You are liable for any damage caused by your group or your dogs.

• Dogs must be covered by third-party liability insurance.

• Use designated parking inside the field only.

• No climbing on gates, fences, or posts.

• Ensure the Field is suitable and secure for your dog.

• Do not let dogs dig. Report any damage.

• Equipment must not be used in wet/icy conditions. Use at your own risk.

• Keep the field clean. Use the provided bins.

• You must pick up after your dog(s). Failure to do so may result in a ban from future bookings

• Do not leave dogs unattended.

• No noise nuisance to neighbours.

• Children must be supervised.

• No smoking.

 

3. Health and Safety

 

• Ground is uneven; use at your own risk.

• All dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and treated for fleas/worms.

• Cancel your session if your dog is unwell.

• Inform us if your dog becomes ill after visiting.

• The Field is for private, non-commercial use only. Business or training sessions must be agreed with us in advance

• No high-flying objects, explosives, or hazardous items.

 

4. Booking Issues and Emergencies

 

• If previous users overstay, please text  07711 679111.

• Late arrivals must leave on time unless agreed otherwise.

• Repeated failure to vacate the Field on time may result in suspension or a permanent ban from future use.

• If we cancel (e.g. due to emergency), we will refund you.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

 

• No cancellations once booked.

• If you miss your session or leave early, no refunds.

• We may refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. Refunds may apply.

 

6. Liability

 

• You are responsible for your safety and your dogs’ safety.

• We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by law

• Field hire is for personal use only.

 

7. Privacy and Marketing

 

• Your data is used only to manage your booking. Full privacy notice at windhoverwalkies.com/privacy-policy.

• We may use your content for marketing unless you opt out.

 

8. Other Terms

 

• These terms override any conflicting information elsewhere.

• This agreement is between you and Windhover Walkies only. No other person has any rights to enforce or benefit from these terms.

• If a clause is invalid, the rest remain effective.

• These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
